As the Founder and Director of Savitri Group, Mr. Rajesh Budhwani laid the organisation’s foundation more than two decades ago with a clear entrepreneurial vision and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape in Chhattisgarh. Bringing over twenty years of on-ground experience across land, property transactions, development, and regional markets, he continues to steer the Group’s strategic direction. Under his leadership, Savitri Group has grown into a distinguished, family-led organisation that bridges seasoned legacy, the fresh perspective of the next generation, and dedicated legal and corporate expertise. Carrying forward the family’s real estate legacy, Mr. Sarthak Budhwani joined the business after completing his MBA from NMIMS. Working closely under the mentorship and guidance of Mr. Rajesh Budhwani, he infuses a contemporary perspective into the organisation by integrating the foundational knowledge and on-ground experience of the previous generation with modern business thinking, strategic planning, and a growth-oriented mindset. In his leadership role as Director, his primary focus is on strengthening the Group’s core operations, scaling its market footprint, and driving forward-looking opportunities to steer Savitri Group into its next phase of expansion.

Nidhi Budhwani Legal Head, Savitri Group
Ms. Nidhi Budhwani, an LLM graduate, heads the legal and corporate affairs division at Savitri Group. She directs the organisation’s comprehensive legal operations, documentation, regulatory compliances, and corporate affairs, bringing a meticulous focus to due diligence, structured decision-making, and sound corporate governance. Playing a vital role in the Group’s leadership team, Ms. Budhwani ensures that every business initiative is anchored by a robust legal framework, consistently reinforcing Savitri Group’s foundational commitments to integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices.
